Involving our residents is key to what we do and how we do it.
We feel you know best how to help us improve our services to you. After all, you are the people who use our services and live in the homes and neighbourhoods we manage.
This document shows how you can get involved. You can help us improve in many different ways. We want to make sure you have a chance to participate and get involved to give us your thoughts and ideas.
We believe everyone should have the right to get involved in a way that suits them. We want to work with you in a genuine spirit of partnership and co-operation.
